Ok, I admit that today I’m feeling hungry. I think that can
be easily explained by the fact that I was up at 5am and to keep warm (without
the fire on) I was running around the house cleaning, tidying and changing the
bedding. My first fast day I didn’t get hunger pangs until well into the
afternoon but I didn’t get up until much later (about 8:30) and I was
deliberately idle.
I also think I’ve done myself disservice by sucking on a
sugar free sweet (a grand total of 7.2 calories) because the sweet flavour
always sparks a sugar/carb craving.
I managed to go all the way to 5pm and then I caved and had
my cuppa soup, 113 calories with croutons, manna from heaven. I could have
chosen slimma-soup but to be honest they tend to be watery and really unsatisfying.
At least with the regular cuppa soup the soup is thicker and you have croutons
to chomp on.
Unfortunately I’ve not managed any exercise today, it’s cold
and I ache all over. I think I’ll reintroduce the exercise on a feed day rather
than a fast. I’m so HUNGRY.
